Their shipment arrived damaged and I was offered a slightly damaged one cheaper, but it was a gift for a friend so I said no.
So they ordered a new one from their supplier and it’s just arrived in perfect condition.

Pre-ordered a a pop with the company a few months in advance. When the real se date came they didn’t ship it out. When I contacted them about it they told me they were having supply issues. Gave them time and when I contacted them again they ghosted me. Never returned my money. I keep reaching out and they keep ignoring me. Worst part is finally got ahold of them this year, they agreed to figure something out then just ghosted me again. Blocked me on my social media and everything.

The funko I ordered had slight box damage so I sent them message bout a replacement box. They replied quickly and organised for the damage pop to be sent back and they then replaced it with a new one. The communication was great. The product was awesome, Delivery times were Fast, I will definitely order from them again. I would absolutely recommend buying from this company

Don’t like how the pops have American stickers on site and have the same prices as other sites for the American stickers yet come with shared stickers. This is noted in the description I just think it’s misleading and doesn’t take 2 minutes to edit out the American stickers

I cannot thank you guys enough! Was looking for some really hard to come by pops in the UK, weary at first as never heard of it and had instagram ads but wasn't sure about customs or extra fees. Pops came in perfect condition and super fast, I even contacted them reguarding a preorder as I thought the release was earlier than it was and super fast response, great communication really couldn't be happier with my order and will 100% be ordering again! SO many amazing pops that aren't easy to get your hands on.
