The best experience possible!
The interaction started with me going to the design center, which was a great experience and the staff was very knowledgable and helped me pick up my flooring really fast. The delivery was as per our agreement in terms of day and time of day. The flooring itself is with an exceptional quality. I had ordered too many packages so I requested to return the excess and the staff was again very nice and helpful. What surprised me the most in a positive way was that there was a problem with the shipping company on the return - they ruined almost the whole stuff I returned, but the shop took time to review my complain and accepted it nevertheless. This is without a doubt the best shop I had worked with EVER! Thank you guys for the great work!

Great customer service, happy with the purchase
We had great customer experience first at the physical store and then during remote communication.
In the store, we were warmly welcomed and all our questions answered, as well as received guidance on what is the best product for us. After some time and reviewing other products, we decided to proceed with KronoShop. They contacted us proactively to confirm the order, responded to our questions again, and executed the order very quickly.
