Been a customer since Day 1! The amount of hours alone make Krossover the ultimate coaching tool!! More time to be better husband and dad. As for coaching, Krossover has made our program more efficient, more productive and best yet, MORE COMPETITIVE!! Every coach likes to win, but Krossover pushed us from good to GREAT! We finished 3rd in the Women's NJCAA DII National Basketball Tournament. Allows my players to get recruited more easily and outside of wins, that is the most gratifying thing I do! #MOREWINS

We won a state title this year and Krossover has been the best solution out there for our needs. I can't say enough, it is easy, convenient, and does exactly what we need in order to prepare for our next opponent.

Overall Krossover is fantastic! However I was very disappointed in the printing options. To copy and paste into a excel spreadsheet seems unacceptable with the premium that our small school had to pay. We did win the state title this year and it was a very valuable tool to help our athletes succeed. The breakdown options were amazing and very happy with the customer service.

This program is the easiest program I have ever used to upload video and also retrieve stats.
Their help line was also very helpful and always gave me exactly what I needed or asked for.

Krossover has made my life much easier with not having to go through game films multiple times to break it down. The fact my players can access the film at home and watch certain clips, whether its of their shots, turnovers, fouls or plays i point out to them, adds a whole other level to the preparation we have during the season. I also love how the stats are broken down for me so i can have access to stats for the season and per game, plus all the different analytics really help us to game plan and help the athletes understand certain concepts we are trying to get across.

If you can get the upload portion to work efficiently, the end product is really good. If you cannot upload efficiently (or at all), then there is no end product ...

Could be 5 stars if turnaround time was just a little faster and not based on the package we received.

There is nothing better than to upload your game and have it back the next day with stats and breakdowns already done for you. This used to take me several hours the night, after a game to get done. My family now gets to see me allot more after games. I like the accessibility and the film time that we now get to spend with each player individually and as a team.

This past season having a National Schedule, we knew we would extra help with our video needs and Krossover was nothing less than spectacular. Quite often games were cut up and ready for the coaches earlier than promised which made everyone on our staff extremely happy. Great service, great product and even better customer service.

The great thing about Krossover is that it is reasonably priced. They worked with us to meet our needs of uploading and breaking down the film of the certain games we needed. At the end of our season they made sure we had freedom to breakdown as many games as we needed to during tournament play. There are a numerous amount of tools within Krossover that we didn't use, but would be beneficial if they are utilized. The only problem we ran into was during the high point of the season, and the the games were taking a long time to buffer. To the point that we couldn't watch any because it was so slow. After talking with a representative recently we found out that they have switched to a new platform to solve that.

The people at Krossover explained their product quite well and always answered my questions in a timely manner. Their service was very valuable to me.

I would like to be able to organize our scouting films into folders to access them by team easier. Just a thought.

I love everything about it. It helps me to really breakdown each players flaws and help them to improve.

We had a great first year experience with krossover. It saved us a ton If time, but also allowed us to teach our players quickly with precut clips that helped us customize each players film experience and have it tailored specifically for them.

My only complaint would be that I think the tools available to watch the video should be better. Upgrading how you are able to fast forward and rewind the raw video would give this rating 5 stars. They also need to get the basketball app for iPad released. That would be a great asset!

I'd like to see an app for mobile devices...also I'd like to see a way to organize plays throughout the year. For example if I wanted to see every PG's turnovers throughout the year, I wish it would be easier to do.

Krossover was a great tool utilized by our players and coaches. The instant uploads made it to where our guys could watch our games as soon as they were uploaded. They were able to notate what our team needed to do better and what they needed to do better.

Understanding the analytics helped the coaching staff make changes that were helpful in the playoffs.

I have been having issues w clips loading and also the clips over lap portions of the plays which increase my viewing time.

I would like to be able to watch the video in full screen and be able to associate certain keys w certain film reels so I can add a play to a reel whole watching it my hitting a certain key.

These to adjustments would enhance your product greatly

Really like Krossover. I wish there was a more cost effective program for small groups or parents that want their film put into stats and highlights. I realize the cost but there is a large market and time is not typically the issue like big University programs.
