As many below, I ordered my tree last year for a specific date so that we could decorate the tree on a specific date prior to a party we had planned. The delivery was pushed back multiple times. Eventually we cancelled and demanded a refund. Fortunately the only positive was that they refunded without complaint, but you can tell they really don't care at all about their customers.
Ordered on 23 November 2024 and the delivery time kept getting pushed back by their delivery company (Logique). I received the notification that the tree was registered for delivery on 4 December for delivery window between 2 and 6 December. Initially it was pushed to 7 December, then 9 December, then 10 December. Today is 10 December, Logique has informed the delivery is pushed back to 11 December -- the tree has been almost a week without water by now. This is the last time I will ordering from them. I read the reviews below that the company is unresponsive to refund requests. Anyone else facing the same issue, please send them an email to request for refund using the template from Consuwijzer!
The customer service was great and my tree is beautiful!
I ordered a Christmas tree in early November for delivery today. Unfortunately they never sent it and now when I email, the email address just bounces back. The telephone number says it isn't recognised. I am afraid that the company has ceased trading, taking EUR 80 from me. It's pretty disgraceful at any time of year, but at Christmas, just really unbelievably mean.
