A staff member/security guard was standing near the entrance and the checkout area and constantly approached customers in an uncomfortable and unprofessional manner. She made inappropriate comments, took items out of customers’ hands, and spoke to people in a way that felt intimidating rather than helpful. This behavior made both myself and other customers feel very uncomfortable in the store.
Allways good also in price, whatever shopping in a shop or online...long time customer...
Beware!! I bought a product from webshop which has items inside with total number 36 ( as shown in photos on the website). However when I collect from store it was 32. The photos on their website are misleading, telling you that you will get more but in reality it is less. I called the customer service. They did not compensate the difference and even they know it is their mistake, they told me that they dont care if I return it and never buy again from them. What a shame!!

Looking at these reviews I hope I will not be scammed. My two orders have missed their in-store delivery date. Kruidvat? I am just a poor student and I really need my order. What do I do since most people are crying that you never respond and they have lost their money. If only I knew. Now with no knowledge of Dutch I hope I get my order.
