Professional, Friendly, and Efficient

We were helped by Nick on our order of 21 tops for a rugby tour on relatively late notice. Friendly and professional service with a quick turn around - the whole process was really easy and more than reasonable price.

See you next year for another order.

We ordered new shirts for our bowling…

We ordered new shirts for our bowling club. Sarah was very helpful with our choice and visited us a few times to assist. Everyone is very happy with the shirts. They are good quality, wash well and the colour is great. Would definitely recommend Krusada.

Months waiting, expensive, shocking customer service

So many parents warned us about the shocking service and several months waiting times for school kit from Krusada, however as the kit is not available elsewhere, we were forced to purchase.

We were promised the kit would arrive last week ahead of child starting school, but it did not arrive, no tracking numbers, nothing. Call to customer services resulted in a rude employee claiming covid was the reason and to send an email, however we know this same issue has been an ongoing for many years.

I swear this company must hand stitch the items, as we ourselves ran a customised clothing business and can assure you it does not take this long to embroider garments. You are waiting months for garments to be delivered. Some parents ordered in easter and they have still not arrived or are poor quality.

Schools, please don't put parents through dealing with this company.

£35 for two kids polo shirts that takes months to arrive...not good enough.

Apologies for not addressing this complaint at the time, I'm afraid we were a little bit surprised by the comments made in your review but we still should have responded right away.

Very sorry to hear that you were dissatisfied with your experience working with us, our order completion times were indeed extended during this period as we were using external stock suppliers who were suffering from dwindling stocks after Covid had disrupted their supply lines, which subsequently had an impact on all companies using their products.

I notice you mention that this has been going on for years, however we had only started offering PE kit shops 1 year before your review and for only a few months as an online service so there must be some confusion. However, we did take all of this feedback on board and we have restructured our way of supplying PE Kit, we now make and store our own premade uniform at our factory rather than relying on external suppliers so that our delivery times become as reliable as possible and our items remain as affordable as possible during a time when everyone's prices seem to be rising.

Lastly, I was very sorry to hear that you were spoken to in a manner that you found rude or offensive and I must apologise profusely - this is most unusual and an investigation did take place at the time, this member of staff has since left the company.

Thank you for ordering with us, and we hope one day to show you our new system so we can give you a far more positive experience.

Krusada Kit

Our school are using Krusada for PE kit, rugby and hockey strips etc. Their customer service is second to none as they really care about the service they provide. The kit is of a very high standard. We are really pleased to have them as our supplier.
