The brushes I received literally fall apart when I’m using them. Absolute garbage quality. The eyeshadow palette is poor quality too, does not blend with other shades well, it’s splotchy. Everything smells like crayons too, a huge turn off when you’re trying to use it on others.

I want to return the neck stretch for a medical reason I can’t use they keep saying I need to send a 30 days video showing that I tried and didn’t work so I can get 30 days money back warranties otherwise they will pay only 50/100%
What a scam. What a waste of money.

When I tried to return a product, I had to download and fill out a returns form (is this the 20th century?!) and send it to Kryolan. Kryolan's returns policy doc says to call them to arrange a return, but the number disconnects you when you try to call. Kryolan's returns policy doc also states that "Returns can be made to us with the use of our free postage labels," but the rep I corresponded with didn't seem to realise that, because she told me they don't issue returns labels, which directly contradicts what is in their official returns policy. Hopefully she realises her mistake and issues me a returns label so I don't have to report Kryolan on the basis of breach of contract/false advertising. (It's almost as if they think they can bully you into not returning your product!)
Moreover, the foundation that I tried from them broke me out horribly (I don't even have acne-prone skin!)--when I looked at the ingredients list there were some awful ones high up on the list, like denatured alcohol. So, if you're thinking of buying from Kryolan, RUN AWAY!!!!!!! Not an honest company and not honest ingredients.

I have been very pleased with the  products I have purchased. They’re beauty experts are wonderful to work with.

You must read the description very carefully or you’ll end up with something you don’t want.

 I do wish that the website had a virtual Tryon. When dealing with foundation, it is very hard to look at a picture and guess what that’s going to match.

They have such a large variety that there is something for everyone.

Good products but it is a bit worrisome when a company does not know how to use its own products.
I have bought the mustache paste (like a wax) and written to costumor services to get the best way to use it (wet/dry mustache, with or without blow dryer and so on). It take costumer service 3 weeks to reply to an mail. And they don't have any answer on how to use their own products.
