best customer service I've dealt with to do with hosting, thank you emma for your quick response and fix, fantastic job.

I've been with Krystal for about 7 years, and they have always offered excellent service - real people who respond quickly and helpfully, and that seem to find a way to make things 'just work', rather than being blocked by (or hiding behind) process of policy. Impossible to fault the service they have given me over the years, whenever I've asked a question or for help.

Account suspended on CHRISTMAS DAY for non payment yet no invoice had been raised so no possible way to resolve other than contacting their support team who funnily enough are likely running on a minimal team. Thats one way to lose a long term customer. 1st thing in the new year is looking for a more reliable host.

Being able to get hold of a technical person on the phone when things go pear-shaped should never be underestimated. Every time I have spoken to someone at Krystal, they have been both effective and efficient in helping me solve any issues. If the issues have not been super urgent, I have just logged a call, but it's great to know that when your sites are down, you can actually speak to an actual person.

I’ve been with Krystal Hosting for around 3 years now, and they’ve consistently been outstanding. During the COVID lockdowns, once I’d mastered banana bread, I decided to teach myself coding — so my technical knowledge was pretty limited. Even then, their support team showed incredible patience helping me get started with shared hosting for simple HTML/CSS projects.

Fast forward to this month: my VPS was hacked due to vulnerabilities in a React framework. Krystal’s team had my operating system rolled back and rebuilt within 24 hours, drastically reducing the downtime I was bracing for. That kind of responsiveness is rare.

To be transparent, Krystal does cost a little more than some overseas competitors. But the extra investment is worth it for the peace of mind of real human support from a dedicated, knowledgeable team — available even on Sundays.
