I’m so disappointed with this company

I’m so disappointed with this company. Granted I take ownership for the mistake on my NON personalised order and within 10 minutes tried to amend it. They said I couldn’t so I asked to cancel it as per their terms of contract.

“ 2. CONTRACT
Your order represents an offer to conclude a contract of purchase. After you place an order, we will send you an e-mail confirming the receipt of your order and its details (order confirmation). This order confirmation contains information about your purchase, delivery address, method of payment, prices and contact of our customer service. This order confirmation does not constitute acceptance of your offer, but is only to inform you that your order has reached us. A contract of purchase is only concluded when we send the ordered product to you and confirm the shipment to you by a second email (shipping confirmation). If your order has been shipped in more than one shipment (partial delivery), it may happen that you get a separate shipping confirmation for each package. In this case you will get for each consignment a separate contract for the purchase of products specified in the contract. Regardless of your right of withdrawal in accordance with paragraph 3, you can cancel your order before the actual shipment takes place free of charge.

3. RIGHT TO CANCEL THE CONTRACT WITHIN 14 DAYS, EXCLUDED FROM THE RIGHT TO WITHDRAW, OUR OPTIONAL RETURN GUARANTEE AND STATUTORY WARRANTY PERIOD

Right of withdrawal:

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period will expire after 14 days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the goods. If your order has been shipped in more than one shipment (partial delivery), the period will expire after 14 days from the day when you acquire the last shipment.”
They didn’t actually ship until 4 days later, I spent those 4 days arguing with them to just cancel so I could reorder correctly. I was actually going to reorder and with a much higher quantity but they refused to cancel. In the end I sent their terms and conditions to my bank and it’s currently in the process of being refunded, no thanks to them. Such a shame as their value for money seems amazing (maybe too good to be true!) I need 7 coaches jerseys and 40 minis jerseys for the end of November! So if anyone on here knows of any great companies let me know!

(https://www.keepersport.co.uk/service-support/faq.html) For this reason, we were unable to change the address you entered. Address changes are not possible after you have placed an order, so make sure to enter the correct address.

We are a huge company with automated processes that can't be stopped once started. This is to ensure that you get your items as soon as possible.

We had no chance but to send the package to the address you entered. Still, you were granted a full refund.

Beware Hidden Delivery Charges

I ordered an item that appeared very reasonably priced. I put it in basket and clicked checkout. No delivery charge was shown on the last screen before i added my payment details. The receipt i got afterwards was for £9.99 more than the basket at checkout. I can see why they want to hide that. The product took 9 days to arrive.
I tried to cancel the order within a couple of minutes, but the email i received told me that to cancel an order, i must first receive it, then return it to Austria at my own expense. Plus i had to complete customs forms correctly or it might get detained at the border.
They might say that the checkout process included a verify by visa stage and i think the full amount may have been on this screen. However this was a finger print for me and so why would I read it when I'd already agreed the price at checkout? Devious, with expensive slow delivery. Take care.

We never want to hide our shipment costs and the shipping costs are clearly visible in our FAQ/shipment info pages (https://www.keepersport.co.uk/service-support/shipping.html) and also during checkout.
The only thing where they are not 100% correct shown is via Apple/Google Pay when you make a fast payment, here we are working on solving this problem.
Our company exists since 20 years and we have a very good reputation in the market, therefore i am very sorry for the problems you had.
If you ever think on reordering from us i would give you a £9.99 discount code.

We send our goods from Europe (Austria and Germany) therefore shipping to the UK takes now with Brexit a few days longer. Also here there is a clear description on the article detail page how long we need for shipping and in the FAQs.

Company is a joke

I originally purchased a pair of shoes from this company they were Nike blazers size 10.5 however when I came to purchase these availability said it was going to be shipped in four days as it said on my email I had received from them. Then here I am on day 10 as they’ve not even dispatched my shoes yet and when I have asked for a refund they said I have to wait until I deliver the shoes and I have to refuse them I personally find this quite hard to understand as I too have a job in a business where requires me to move products and also understand that if a customer wants to cancel the order it is well within their rights and it’s actually Violation of the customer rights do not issue a refund. every time I try and ask about the trainers that I’ve ordered I’m always welcomed with text to say that they are doing it ASAP I’ve received this text three times now and it gets better every time. Honestly very disappointed

Professional and courteous

Professional, courteous and supportive at every stage from placing my order to dealing with the return. The goods were revived in excellent condition and on time. The return was dealt with expertly despite issues with Brexit and Covid that have impacted the business. I received prompt and friendly communication when I had questions.

Excellent Customer Service

I have ordered from KeeperSport a few times and the orders have always been on time and I have been very happy with the products. On the one occasion there was a problem with my order the staff were extremely helpful, quick to reply and sorted all my problems. They showed concern and I cant fault the customer experience that I had.

Will definitely order from them again!

Awful

Wow!

Very happy with the turnaround once ordered. Only took one week from order to arrive in the United Kingdom. György was very helpful and considerate, always offering his superb customer assistance throughout. Will definitely be using keeper sport again.
