Just came home from a day in London in one of their luxury Mercedes buses. This was a treat for my disabled mum and my girls. I cannot prise Akeem (our driver) highly enough. Aside from being professional and reliable.....he was genuinely very friendly and caring towards us and especially my mum. He made the day that extra bit special. He is an absolute credit to your company.

I was trying to avoid having to write a bad review on this company but after numerous failed attempts I am so disappointed with the outcome of the service.

First my driver failed to stay in contact with me after he was suppose to arrive at 2.15pm and finally showed up at 2.40pm. Nothing was set up so the car was completely black with no lights or car looking anything like the picture online. The internet did not work for the first 15 minutes of the journey and we had to keep asking how to start it. As the driver had arrived so late we were constantly clock watching as our reservation at The Ritz was 3.30pm for 1 hour and 45 minute afternoon tea which was VERY EXPENSIVE and in the end we got there at 4.05pm therefore missing a considerable amount. This was suppose to be a present for my mum for 70th birthday and it was completely ruined due to the stress and atmosphere and overall rush of the day. I contacted them on the day and most days after for an explanation and expected refund to which they offered me £35. This was completely laughable as they said 10% was there maximum discount? Although you would expect each refund would be reviewed per client. Unfortunately I would never use this company again and not just because they failed to arrive on time but the way they’ve treated me after showing no care or respect for how their service ruined such special day is the biggest let down.

Booked them back in March as a treat for my kids going home to the Caribbean and they were professional from get go. they checked in week before the departure date and I will was there promptly at 🕗. the driver Ibi was polite and showed the kids all the various controls etc. Keep up the great service and pricing.. Will use again for wife's 50th next year as a surprise

Vehicle we booked was 20 minutes late, it took for me to ring and chase as to the whereabouts of our vehicle to only then be told it was not working!
This booking was for transport for a celebration and it has now been completely ruined.
I am waiting for the fee for the hire to be returned to me.
