From first contact they were fast and efficient. The people who fitted the door were extremely quick, did an excellent job, with no disruption and all for an excellent price.

I phoned KS Garage Doors and left a message for a quote to repair my broken and open manual garage door. Peter phoned me back within the hour and gave me a breakdown of the service and costs of possible parts replacement if needed which I agreed to. An Engineer Grant was in my area and was at my property within 10 minutes, he advised me he best solution and informed me of the price and time to complete the job, he was very professional, knew what he was doing and completed the job on time and charged the agreed price. Excellent service all round, would definitely recommend.

I was recommenced to KS Garage doors by another company who couldn’t source the parts needed for my garage door, after my initial phone call to Peter, and a quick explanation of what was needed he knew exactly what was needed and told me he could have the parts to him within 48 hours, true to his word I received a phone call saying he had the parts and could get to me the same evening he turned up fitted the parts and serviced my door, it’s now as good as a brand new door and as close to electric as possible so easy and smooth to open I would not hesitate to recommend KS Garage doors or Peter to anyone absolutely fantastic to deal with and a exceptional price for their workmanship 5* all round

Great experience
Very thorough explaining what had gone wrong and what options were available to fix it. Didn’t try and push/sell anything I didn’t need. Quick turn around and fix! Definitely calling again if I ever have any issues or want an upgrade!
