Eshop very good but courier service awful
The stars refers strictly to your courier provider, in my case was speedex, which was absolutely terrible, unpolite and unprofessional!!! My order was delivered yesterday on the 7/01 when it was supposed to be delivered on the 26! All this time I was trying to find out what was going on and guess what, no one was telling me anything, I was visiting their web site to track my order but the status was the same and same every day. They don't answer their phones and I end up paying additional 1.5€ to be delivered in a parcel box so I can finally go and pick up my order.I made this as a gift for my wife and even though she was satisfy from the products we have seconds thoughts if we will repeat the order or try to find alternative. Be careful with who you are collaborating with because that has immediate reflect to you.

About the package, I tracked it when you sent it, however the Speedex company took too much time to deliver.
It should have been at my place on the 22nd and arrived on the 31st.
I know it's not your fault.
As a friendly suggestion, you may consider using other companies and ways to send your packages around Greece, since Speedex is a rather "slow" delivery service company.
A fact that I have verified from other clients as well. Perhaps, a drop off point? Box now etc?
