I recently bought a Linx 8 tablet from Ebay which wasn't working quite right and wouldn't reset correctly, nor did it have the original recovery partition. Trying to find drivers seemed impossible as the company was no longer in business nor did the Wayback Machine go back that far. While searching I came across KSN and their Windows 10 recovery USB - I knew the machine never had Windows 10 on it originally, but the base Linx 8 was listed as being available.

Not having a huge amount of options I decided to give it a whirl. The method of payment was a bit off putting and I almost didn’t proceed with the order. In addition the shipping cost was quite a bit more than their shipping page stated.

Even though I ordered on a Sunday, I received an email double checking I knew what I was ordering given as any reset procedure would take it to stock Windows 8.1. I thought this was a nice touch rather than ordering something that wasn’t suitable.

A couple of days later I received the USB stick and booted up. Another slight pain point –t he recovery went ahead and erased all the partitions on the Linx without any confirmation. By the time you realise what is happening, it is too late and you’re in for the ride. I would have preferred it at least stated what it was going to do first and waiting for a confirmation.

However, I cannot deny that it worked and my Linx 8 is now fully functional and is currently functioning as a slow Kodi client.

I see from another review on this site that at some point download recovery images were available – I would have preferred this, firstly as it would have avoided a shipping cost and secondly I assume the image would be slightly cheaper not having to include any physical components.

Overall, despite some niggles, KSN solved the problem I was having and that’s good enough for me!

Very cooperative and kind. I received the item in perfect condition, very nicely packed. The item is the best keyboard I ever used, so that is why I chose to buy the German layout, even though I prefer the English one. (now I own 2 x G810 keyboards)

Wow I not except KSN's service is brilliant not like other online shop. I have order my new Monitor Predator X35 and they email to me about the delivery they will drop on the day. They have own delivery and I am really impressive they very carefully and handle with care delivery not like other Royal Mail or DHL .... I will deal with KSN again and they very good prices!

I have to say that I barely experienced such a great, prompt and fast customer service!

Within the first month of my purchase I had major problems with my product. KSN tried to fix it immediately even though that it was actually the responsibility of the manufacturer. It didn't even take two days until the product's warranty was updated and, through a system update, my product was running again.

To be honest, I didn't expect that level of engagement since it was not their responsibility any longer. So, again, a big thank you to the team at KSN!

i've been searching for an asus rog swift and i found it on ksn store then i have ordered it from them it just have been picked up by me i really recommend buying from ksn :) and now i will only buy all i need for my gaming room from ksn online and another thing the item's price i bought was lower than all other stores by 150£

After some initial challenges which were not caused by KSN but a general challenge with SAGE PAY and international transactions these guys were great. Extremely proactive and supportive turning me from a customer with a concern into a very happy customer indeed.

Not only did they quickly respond to my concerns out of hours they also supported my initial request with velocity addressing my initial challenge and getting the product shipped extremely quickly and efficiently.

Excellent & polite customer service on the phone, which gave me confidence to order online with them for a Lian Li Computer case. Went for standard 2 day delivery, was very suprised when 3-4 hours after ordering, I got a email stating the order had been dispatched, and whats more the delivery eta was for the following day!!!.
At this point I thought there was a mistake as I had only paid for a 2 day service to save a couple of quid. Next morning the email proved to be correct when the Business Post courier arrived with my brand new computer case.

I don't think there is much more to add, other than I will 100% be using KSN again in the future.
