Visited Kollam Supreme shop (near BP…
Visited Kollam Supreme shop (near BP Nana petrol pump, East Fort, TVM), to exchange bangles purchased earlier this week. While, I think the girl we got was junior staff. She was very helpful and a senior sales staff, Nisha, scolded junior in front of customers over a small mistake regarding the bill. The arrogance and rude attitude by Nisha was very unprofessional and made us uncomfortable. She was behaving like she owns the shop. Management should ensure customers and staff are treated with respect.
