My shoes fit perfectly and are so comfortable. Beautifuuly made. It's wonderful to have leather again. The grip is great, so I feel very safe. Only downside was they took a while to arrive. Evri is... See more

Nice shoes
Nice shoes, shame sizing is a tad small.
Hope shoes will give a little after wearing as my big toe is just rubbing, making it hurt after a short walk.

Tennis shoes and towel ordered on 25th June for a birthday gift on 8th July.

Reply from K-SWISS UK
Hello,
Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We are truly sorry to hear that your order did not arrive in time for the birthday and understand how disappointing this must have been.
Unfortunately, when a parcel is confirmed as lost by the carrier, we are unable to send a replacement order. In these situations, our procedure is to issue a full refund for the order.
As a gesture of goodwill, we also provided a discount code that can be used on a future purchase. We understand this does not make up for the inconvenience caused, but we hope it demonstrates our commitment to your satisfaction.
We sincerely apologize for your experience and hope to have the opportunity to serve you again under better circumstances.
