From personal experience, this is an excellent & reliable company for solar panel and battery installation and after sales service. Some two years installation, one of the Pylontech battery became faulty. Their engineers attended promptly to resolve the issue. Excellent communication through the process

My installer closed a year ago and when an error occurred on my system I didn't know what to do. My son has a system installed by KT & MJA Solar LTD Solar and he gave me their number to see if they could help me. Danny helped me right away, walking me through the process of allowing them access to my system and getting me up to speed until my system was fixed. The scheduling was very quick and the person who helped me choose a date for my repair was very friendly and attentive.
