Overall happy, communication could be improved.

Overall happy with the service. My parts were exactly as described and well packaged.

I only dropped a star as the communication could be a little better.

I ordered my parts then radio silence for the best part of a week. After emailing to request an update I received a reply telling me some of my parts weren't in stock and they were waiting for them from the supplier. I appreciate everyone has supply issues from time to time, it would be nice to just get an email once my order had been received to let me know my order would be delayed just to put my mind at ease.

Will I use them again? Yes! Other than a slight hiccup in communication everything else is good.
