no return authorization for core …
no return authorization for core return. just a way to charge $400.00 more for the product. even tried to get an extra $600 more for the core. here I sit short $400 and still have the core because they would respond to my email and there phone system wont except calls from cell phones.

Steven, The previous Core charge on this product was $600 but has since then been reduced to a core charge of $400. Your invoice that was emailed over was automatically pre filled with the old core charge amount but you were never charged that amount as shown on the order confirmation. You were only charged the $400 that i see was explained to you in emails back and forth with our sales team. There is a document section on the item you purchased that has a core return sheet you can printed out with instructions how to return it, our address is also located on the contact section of our website. Please make sure you are dealing the correct phone number 855-587-3736 our system does not block cell phones, our office is open from 9am-6pm EST if you call outside of that time frame you will get our voicemail.
FRUSTRATING
everything I ordered shipped out at different times. was never told that and my injectors were a week and half out was never told that at time of purchasing. all good stuff just had to wait on everything which is very frustrating and having to email to find out everything for myself instead of being told at the beginning what was going on with shipping and forgetting to ship stuff.
