Above and beyond level of service!
The process was way too long 4 months with ups and downs.
However Rose and Kate were there the whole way through. They explained well, kept us in the loop.
On the day of completion money moved very slowly, they worked late to help the chain complete on the day. Above and beyond!

Highly recommend Kuavo
I had a really positive experience with Kuavo from start to finish. James and the team were professional, responsive, and clearly know the local market well. The marketing, photography and listing were all high quality, and they successfully generated strong interest and quickly found a buyer at asking price.
Although I ultimately withdrew due to an unexpected change in personal circumstances, this was absolutely no reflection on Kuavo or their service. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking to sell and I'll happily use them again myself.

Kuavo are more than an estate agent
Kuavo are more than an estate agent, if go with their recommended solicitors they will act as a conduit to get the sale progressed efficiently and timely. Rose and Katie were especially helpful in the sale of my apartment ensuring I was kept up to date of progress.

Friendly and professional
Kuavoa were agents for house sale which I bought from virtual viewing with help from my sister's who viewed house in person. I fell in love with the house. Katie especially was very friendly and helpful.

We honestly couldn’t recommend Kuavo enough! From start to finish, they completely exceeded our expectations and turned what could have been a stressful process into a smooth and even enjoyable experience.
From the moment we instructed them, Corey was incredible – organising viewings straight away and selling our home within just 3 days! He kept everything running seamlessly, always keeping us updated and calling regularly so we never felt in the dark.
Then came the after-sales stage, and this is where Rose truly shone. She worked tirelessly, chasing the entire chain and making sure everything stayed on track. Her dedication and constant communication meant we never had to worry about a thing – she genuinely took all the stress away.
