Terrible host, awful services, deletes your data after 30 minutes of paying!
The service used to be great - almost too good to be true. Turns out it was!
Management is completely out of touch with customers who rely on the service, with red flags popping up everywhere. They literally didn’t pay a bill for their hardware and then publicly attacked the company hosting it for taking it down. What?
It gets worse; turns out the management decided to jump ship and sell ALL user data to some other company (the owner of which is a known scammer). The previous owners are young and ignorant, and don’t know how to handle negative feedback. It’s turned to literal yelling matches in voice calls.
Meanwhile, there still has been ZERO information given about the situation during extensive downtime… we’re just now learning that the old owners haven’t had ownership for a while now! We’re talking about closing in on a WEEK of downtime too. Whatever good this company had done in the past can’t be recovered with this absolute disaster of an ending.
A couple of months ago they would’ve been a solid choice, but now I wouldn’t even visit their site in fear they’ll find a way to mess that up too. Seriously it’s that bad.
was recommended them by a friend, server had a major issue, not letting server's install, while bringing in more stock (as this issue happened, the server stock went from 0GB ram available to 51GB within 3-5 days), then just found out since almost a month ago, the host was under new management, which they did not let us know until yesterday. The lack of transparency was awful, I bought my server for a project that needed done within 3 days, I couldn't even use the server due to the issue, wasting money. I will update this if I ever get my refund from their emergency fund, but I feel bad for the PayPal user's, who are being refused a refund. It says it in their emergency refund google forms sheet...
Up until a few days ago, my VPS with KUBBUR was running smoothly; they provide you with the latest hardware and some of the best DDoS protection on the market, along with a 10Gbps connection and unmetered bandwidth. The performance of their servers are amazing, but recent events have been very aggravating.
KUBBUR’s New York City node has been down for almost four days at this point. Sure, a downtime of five minutes or so would be excusable, but four days? Not at all. To make matters worse, they have failed to be transparent and have not given updates in their Discord server about the downtime; the announcements channels have been radio silent. With downtime exceeding four days, wouldn’t you at least acknowledge the situation?
The CTO of KUBBUR seems to have left their Discord server, and the other staff members are literally dead; their Head of Support only knows as much as the clients know at the time, which is a pretty big red flag. For now, I really hope to see improvement and I hope that they will be more communicative about situations such as this; their VPS’es have been amazing, but what is ongoing needs to be addressed ASAP.
KUBBUR has been great but it's also been not so great. Nobody company is perfect but this is pretty exceptional.
As for what they've done well, the month I've had a VPS with them in the past was stellar, it performed great and I had no major issues with it whatsoever. That's about where the positives end.
These days, the website is a buggy mess and can't even show some info correctly, there's been excessive droughts of product to buy (none as I write this, not that their checkout pages work anyway), KUBBUR have made quite a lot of promises they clearly can't keep, have leaned their entire company on a single investor and more.
At this point KUBBUR seems more of a hype brand with pretty minimal professionalism than a company actually serious about being in the server hosting game.
KUBBUR's clearly on the decline, host servers have been suspended due to nonpayment to KUBBURs upstreams causing excessive downtime. As I write this, their New York VPS host node has been down for 4 days straight.
The management seem to preoccupied launching other startups and doing other nonsense than actually caring about the company and consumers at this point.
This company has barely been in business for that long and has already made pretty much every mistake in the book, pretty shocking considering a handful of the team are ex-employees of other hosting companies. It's sad to see KUBBUR turn out like this but it's not worth dealing with. I wouldn't recommend buying anything from KUBBUR 'til they sort these glaring issues out.
awesome support helped me every step of the way to set up my VPS correctly they were very nice and was patient with me and helped me understand of how it worked great hosting I recommend if especially if you're an Xbox player who suffers from ddos attacks or if you want to host a Minecraft server
the reason why i call this is the best hosting ever is because of the great pricing and also the quality of support that i have given, i was told all of the pros and cons of using kubbur and trust me, theres much more pros than cons, this also boosted my tps from poor 13 to blazing stable 20.

I experienced an unusual problem with my vps that nothing would connect to it, leading them to suggest that I have been blacklisted on path. KUBBUR solved the problem quickly and efficiently, but another problem was lurking beyond that complicated the solution. This turned out to be something beyond my vps, but you continued to assist, earning my great appreciation. Service was very professional and knowledgeable. Thank you.

I had a problem, and it was quickly handled. Not to mention the response times were fantastic, exactly as claimed on the website, and the servers they provide are outstanding. It's difficult to get this from any provider, but I believe I've found the place where I'll spend my money and time. <3
