This company and its platform are used to launder stolen cryptocurrency. Their support desk are not helpful.

This is the worst exchange next to FTX. They rug pulled everyone who was using their system. No longer can I withdraw funds and customer support is useless as can be. 100% fraudulent exchange. Please be careful where you keep your crypto. As they say, if it's not your keys, it's not your wallet.

do not use the Kucoin P2P because on p2p appeal system is very bad, they does not has the time frame of outcome. the appeal will stay long than expectation. they will keep ask and ask information from you and the finally they will say you the relevant team is checking. if so then who was the collector of information? and if you will ask the time then they will say there is no timeframe. and you funds will stuck long and long. so I remind you do not use the p2p of kucoin if you love your funds. the appeal system only works the merchent if press the buton AGREED otherwise your proof does not matter.

They are writing to us telling us that they will charge dormant accounts. I can’t get my 2FA to get into my account. I am glad that others have posted here with the same problem. They can take me to court, there is plenty of evidence and testimony here to challenge them. For now I’ve blocked KuCoin as I am feeling being harassed

Took my funds out, now trying to close account fully as they want to charge me. Putting lots of hoops in my way to be able to close the account and avoid the fees.

Keep emailing support, keep getting the same stock answer back, not answering my actually queries. Awful service.

I have been trying for months to complete the re-verification process on KuCoin, as my documents allegedly expired. Despite submitting all requested documents and verification proofs multiple times, they keep asking for even more evidence without any clear explanation.

There is no transparent communication about what exactly the problem is or why each new document is suddenly deemed insufficient. The customer support team is completely unhelpful and fails to provide any meaningful clarification.

I have been trading on this platform for years, but over the past few months, I have noticed extremely questionable practices.

As soon as my withdrawal options are restored, I will transfer my entire balance away from KuCoin. I honestly cannot recommend this platform to anyone anymore.

I was scammed through KuCoin’s P2P platform. The buyer falsely claimed they sent the money. I received nothing in my Revolut account.

I submitted full video proof showing:

My Revolut account name

Account details and recording timestamp

Clear proof that no payment was received

KuCoin support ignored this valid evidence for over 12 hours, repeatedly asked for the same video again, and stalled the resolution. Even when the scammer agreed to cancel, support still didn’t act.

They violated their own policy and left me without funds.

I am now filing official complaints and warning other users:
KuCoin P2P is NOT safe. Support is useless. Your money is at risk.

Warning: Be cautious when using KuCoin! I've had a frustrating experience with their customer support and asset management. They held my coins, claiming that my deposits didn't meet their requirements, despite having successfully deposited smaller amounts ($10) in the past. It's absurd that a platform would accept smaller deposits but reject larger ones ($20, $50) due to 'requirements' that aren't clearly communicated.

Their customer service is unresponsive and unhelpful, providing generic, nonsensical responses that fail to address the issue. It's clear that they're more interested in holding onto your assets than in providing a reliable service. I urge potential users to exercise extreme caution when dealing with KuCoin. Their lack of transparency, inconsistent policies, and unresponsive support make them a questionable choice for trading.

Very terrible helpdesk. It takes weeks before you get an 'answer'. Answers are always with the same response '... we're busy ... bla bla'
The Kucoin Telegram group is also full of scammers (fake admins) trying to get your assets/money. It happened to me, despite being a well educated and carefully person.
Stay away from this exchange! There are many MUCH better ones.

Complete scam. When market goes against you, the price updates instantly. When price goes your way, you dont get payed correct price. Its difficult to place and adjust limit orders. If you do marked order you get slipped badly. Moreover, you cant place big orders. They are sitting on the other side and stealing your pennys. Not fair.

A good honest site lots of trading options better than most exchanges sadly many regulation restrictions to UK traders I forgot my trading password and they helped me unlock and reset my password after passing very strict verification again ... But beware using the new listings presales options don't be a silly 🪿 like me and predict the launch price at the top price end range and then be staring at the screen watching your investment lose 70% in value 🥴 hopefully it pulls back up to break even.... use there lower entry prediction price before launch. Other than that I love Kucoin ❤️

KuCoin Holding My P2P Funds for Over a Month – No Response!

Review:
I completed a P2P trade on KuCoin where the buyer claimed to send 1000 SAR, but no money was received. I opened a dispute immediately and submitted all proof – including screenshots and transaction evidence.

My funds are still frozen after more than a month, and no one from KuCoin is responding or resolving the issue.

This is a serious case of negligence and user rights violation. I demand urgent action.

They just introduced dormant fees, so I wanted to delete my account. It just goes into an endless loop of activate 2FA -> Send email code -> activate 2FA... No way to delete account!

Edit: after many errors on their site, finally could hook up 2FA, now they want me to upload personal documents (I never provided in the first place) and a hand written note to delete my account. What a joke, hope you guys go to jaiL!!

Absolutely useless customers service. For more then two months they still haven't answered my question: how come approximately 70 fraudulent transactions from the same merchant processed without the usual confirmation code, which I always receive even for small amounts? This is the third time, over one thousand euros were debited from my card with no alerts or security checks. How did Security Department allow this to happen? Seems they are selling this data.

More than 24 hours my sell order is in appeal status in p2p order , buyer doesn't provide any profe of payment and I don't know why system doesn't cancel my order , wasting time in kucoin p2p , other platforms resolve this issues maximum during 6 hours

Don’t want to jinx myself but since I had a bad experience with Bitget and had to write a review I feel only people who have a bad experience write a review so yes kucoin offs great customer service and verification is far 5 stars!

One of the worst exchanges I have ever dealt with and I tried many before. Send some money to try their platform and their google authenticator passwords did not work even I did everything as required. They have insane amount of passwords 3DS, 2FA, Phishing password, login password, trade password. it is so safe that even your self not able to withdraw your money and they decide even to freeze my account protecting from my self. Please do not bother with this platform and try something else.

It has now been 6 months since I first contacted Kucoin regarding my now deceased brother's assets located on his Kucoin account, I have repeatedly tried to get updates and get told the same generic answer, " We are extremely busy with requests blah blah blah".

I have turned to the Australian government but even they can't help as Kucoin now operates from an island off Madagascar.

Withdraw your funds and avoid at all costs! They are a scam and will collapse very soon.

Update: Been almost 8 months and still no progress with this fraudulent company, I've provided them with all necessary legal documentation and still nothing.
