Great products, love the ethical range but quite pricey
Great products, fast delivery - only deducting one star as it's very expensive, especially with post and packaging on top. However I love that there are eco friendly options, just wish there was a cheaper postage option for smaller/lighter orders as this puts me off buying more regularly.

It is only recently that we have added a new small order carriage charge better enabling small orders, which it sounds like you're using so I'm not sure what to suggest. Unfortunately packaging is a physical product that takes time and cost in the making and delivering.

Great customer service throughout
Great customer service throughout, helped get the right material/design tailored to the company website/branding. And resolved delivery quickly when courier partner tried to deliver before we were open.
Need to ensure review emails are not sent before delivery arrives. Maybe 7 days?

We've tried to vary the timing but whatever you choose, it's fixed on the date customer places an order; rather than the day it's sent... when you could arrange a review to go a week after that. Let's hope Trustpilot pick up on it at some point.

On Monday morning at 8:07 we reached out to offer alternatives as these boxes have been very popular and sold out now till January. (I'm sorry if the alternative colours don't suit you.) I can see the order was then refunded in full before 09:00am.
