In my previous review I wrote that Kueche24Shop provides a very good customer service. Unfortunately, this turned out to be incorrect. They re-delivered a new product to replace the default with one but the replacement does not work either. Now, however, they are not responding. The employee providing the good customer service is no longer with them. That may perhaps be the reason.
