Disappointment

Everything started off well, but a week before the kitchen was due to be delivered, a problem arose with the delivery of the appliances. Despite replacing the stove with other available products, we've been waiting for the stove for three months. Two days after the kitchen was installed, we noticed a scratch on the hood, which was deemed a product defect, but no solution was offered. We're having difficulty contacting them and getting a straight answer. We're constantly being put off.
