I will never order using this service…

I will never order using this service ever again. My partners credit card has been hacked each time we've used it to order from our local takeaway (bombay blue, treforrest)
Our last order also was nearly an hour late and the food was very different to the usual high quality, as per a previous review the delivery driver didn't have a clue whose order belonged to who. He blamed the restaurant for being late and they blamed him.
We are more annoyed about the card cloning though.

Do Not Order From Here

I have just received a takeaway Curry via Kukd from Bombay Blue in Treforrest, the food was 45 minutes late and everything is freezing cold, I called the restaurant and they laughingly told me that they would give me a 25% discount the next time I ordered with them ( no chance of that happening) the starters taste like they had been prepared last week , potato lollipops that were hard and tasteless, Crab Claws cold and disgusting, prawn purée greasy, cold and generally disgusting, chicken Pakora tasted like it was leftover from someone else’s dish, I strongly recommend that you never order from this shambles of a restaurant. The food is inedible, shocking service and shocking food.The delivery driver did not have a clue what he was doing and spent 3 minutes trying to open his boot to get my food out.

Disgraceful behaviour and one I shall…

Disgraceful behaviour and one I shall be reporting to the relevant watchdog. I ordered a takeaway as I have on many occasions but when it came to payment it took me back to log in when I was already logged in. I logged back in and it happened again. I called the restaurant and they said they had no order so I did it over the phone and paid by card. I immediately notified kukd who informed me they would investigate and refund these two pending payments. You know what's coming. Both payments of £22.22 taken from my account and no more replies from Kukd.com when alerting them to this theft from my account. I would give this company the widest berth possible. Disgraceful behaviour.

Edit.... I have amended my score due to resolve by Kukd. I think it is only fair to say I was very quick and very angry at what happened and no doubt did not allow sufficient time for this incident to have been properly investigated prior to making a refund. In hindsight this happened Friday evening and they have satisfactorily resolved this on Monday and also added some points to my account as a good will gesture and only fitting that my review should be adequately amended especially considering I have never had an issue before and have used their service on many occasions.

Delivery time not as specified

Ordered a delivery from a local Indian takeaway, specified a delivery time of 7:15-7:30pm. The food turned up at 6:25pm, which was inconvenient, in fact they were lucky I was home. The order confirmation from Kukd.com said delivery by 7:15pm which wasn’t what I specified.

The food was good but I’ll order directly with the takeaway next time.

Check your bank statement you might get a shock

I am furious I ordered a takeaway meal for us & did everything paid by card . When the takeaway arrived the driver said it hadn’t been paid he wanted £19.10 .
We then check my wife’s bank to find Kukd had also taken 2 payments of £19.10 . With very little idea if they will refund the money taken a meal that cost £19.10 suddenly cost us & £57.30 .
I have waited 48 hours for somebody to say when they are paying our money back but nothing .
The site can’t be trusted & I will never order from them again . Advice go to the better known sites or order direct from were you want your food .
If my money isn’t back by Tuesday latest I’ll be calling a few legal people . This to me is fraud on a big scale

Collected order for restaurant where they had no partnership.

I placed an order for the first time for collection via kukd.com and paid for it online. Then 35 mins later, I turn up at the restaurant to collect to order and they tell me they are under new management and have no connection with kukd.com. Although kukd.com have offered to refund me in full, I was left out of pocket as I had to pay full price for all items at the restaurant. Am really annoyed that kukd.com don't carry out any due diligence on their restaurant partners. Guess I will go back to using their competition. No more orders from me kukd.com

Much easier than calling the local busy Indian restaurant and having to hold.
Would definitely use again.
Orders store too so you can literally just re-order next time.
