I am returning the order in 2 days,my order was not right. I was sent a shoe with lace and that was not what I ordered.

A bit disappointing to say the least.
Great shop with great selection, usually visit 3/4 times a year. I just won’t be wasting my time again buying anything in store again.
Perfect example of why high street shops are dying out.
Purchased two shirts on Thursday night, went over the road to fitzroys for food. While waiting I checked up one of the shirts online to see if they made them in other colours. First picture pops up is this exact shop selling the exact item ALOT cheaper online than in store. Tried to go back about 30 mins after purchase and they had already closed for the night.
The two shirts I purchased are advertised nearly £70 cheaper online on their own website, even offering a instore collection. Although somehow cannot match the online price in store when I returned?
Also only offer in store credit notes for returned items. Online items returned get a refund, another reason not to bother buying in store.
(PS don’t think I have ever returned an item of clothing in my life but nearly £70 on two items is quite a lot)
