Scam

Ordered a necklace. Heard nothing back about it just the money off my card in my bank statement. Left it a bit as the website says they email you when your order is ready. Still nothing. Used the ‘contact us’ section of the website to ask for an update or refund if they weren’t going to send it. Still nothing. This is a scam. They’ve taken my money and the only way to get a refund according to them is through the ‘contact us’ section of the website which I’ve already done and not had a response.
