This was my second order from Kulina AND MY LAST!

This was my second order from Kulina. One product Virgin olive oil with white truffle 250 ml, Nicolas Vahé in the €160 order, had absolutely zero truffle flavour and the base oil wasn't good. When I reasonably asked for a refund, customer service email response was "Unfortunately, as it’s a food product that has been opened, we’re unable to accept a return or issue a refund for safety and quality control reasons."

They can't offer a refund for "safety and quality control reasons"? That is such nonsense. They are selling a faulty product and don't care. Clearly not a company to be trusted.

€70 order was missing, after several attempts met by silence, it was sorted and found

I ordered two gifts from Kulina to two different Irish addresses. One was delivered fine. I got 'Proof of Delivery' for the other €70 gift from DPD: photo of a package on ground outside an anonymous black door, visible and unprotected from rain or theft.

This was not the (red) door of the delivery address. (Correct address including Eircode was supplied.) I have contacted Kulina and DPD now four times since with full order info, 'Proof of Delivery' photo etc. They have not responded at all.

Mistakes can happen, but instead of fixing it, just silence - nobody is answering either when I mail directly or fill out online forms. Almost a week later, my gift/money is gone and nobody is answering when I mail or fill out the online forms.

I assume that it is Kulina that is responsible, as the vendor I purchased from, therefore contacted them first. Have since also contacted DPD as no response from Kulina. And I will also be posting this experience on DPDs reviews too.

Edited to conclude: After over a week of no responses, I finally got a response and DPD and Kulina investigated. The parcel had been delivered to someone living nearby, unknown to me (sender) or the recipient. DPD had the house number and we now have the parcel. So all ended well.

The product itself was fine and had been sent - it was a delivery company matter, as it turned out. But it was frustrating to not be able to get any response for a week and that Kulina has no telephone number a customer can call in situations like that. It took effort to fix this.
