The staff are very friendly and helpful. I dealt with Kevin, who was most helpful initially and put up with me as I sought information; Josh, who looked after me in Dublin 15; and Eoin in the Cork... See more

Very friendly helpful staff
Very friendly helpful staff, was given excellent info about the bike but didn’t feel like a hard sell . Was encouraged to go out on a test cycle.
Love the bike so nice to cycle
Great service and very knowledgeable
Great service and very knowledgeable! I am delighted with my new bike. Was exactly what I was looking for!
If only all companies offered such exceptional service
Next level customer service from all three of the employees with whom I interacted (Josh, Shane and Fergus). Extraordinarily helpful. The third Kuma bike we have purchased. Greatly impressed by all three bikes and it’s a pleasure to support an innovative Irish company.
The bike is fantastic

Poor customer service
I had my bike a week and wanted to see if the bike was working ok as I found that the electric part of the bike wasn’t working the way it should be and if the brakes could be improved. I also asked to put a water bottle holder onto the bike.
The bike was in a week and they said it was working fine. I thought the brakes could have been adjusted to make them work better but hadn’t been touched. The water bottle had to also added while waiting as it hadn’t been put on. When I eventually got the bike there was a noise coming from the pedals so I brought it back and waited for an hour and a half but they couldn’t sort the problem so I was given a temporary replacement.
I think this is a poor service. They had the bike for a week and I got the bike back with faults.

I called into the Cork shop and the first person I spoke to was Colin.Me been a 70year young pensioner he was very helpful, showed me my best options and let me test ride a couple of bikes. I was very happy with the bike and the service so I put down a deposit and returned the following day to collect my new Kuma bike.I have it over a month now and am delighted with it.Its also a great piece of mind to have the Kuma guarantee and after sales service. Thanks again Colin👍

The best Irish Brand
Buying a Kuma bike has been the best decision and investment I've ever made! The bike is truly worth every penny! It's simply
extraordinary... And although I had to wait a little while, it was worth it. The customer service is excellent, friendly, and efficient! Thank you, Kuma Bike!
Experienced and very helpful shop!
Good quality & value e-bike Kuma R1
I purchased a Kuma R1 which was an ex demo model. I do a-lot of road cycling for enjoyment and fitness. I am very pleased with my Kuma and use it mainly for commuting to work. Really good value for money and great to take advantage of the cycle to work scheme. I also got the Garda to stamp my eircode on it as a security marking which is great especially if stolen at any time.
Kuma staff displayed a number of bikes at work in NCI and while I met the guys for a brief moment they suggested dropping into a showroom when I had more time. No pushy sales the bikes sell themselves, so best of luck to the team at Kuma (Irish owned) B Kelly
Great service
Great to deal with online when ordering through the cycle to work scheme. Kept me updated with store promotions and contacted me as soon as my company paid the bill so there was no delay.
I’ve just had a 2 week check up/service on the bike too. Very friendly staff
