Absolutely outrageous how this company treats their customers. There was a problem with the delivery, i asked them why there is a delay (already 2 weeks) and the way the customer support talk with the customer is ridiculous. They didnt send me my package that i already paid for a long long time ago, and then settle their problems with the delivery company without involving the customer, no i am waiting for something to happen. Cant have my package, cant have a refund, nothing. Very last time i have ever ordered anything from this company, and wont ever recommend them to anybody. 0/10

Everything was perfect. Arrived in just 2 days (international shipping) with perfect service from UPS. Products were in perfect condition, authentic and recent production dates.
Prices are very competitive. French market is cheaper then others for vaping, and seems like Kumulus adjust their prices to the strongest competition. I'm a very happy customer and don't understand the bad reviews at all.
