Do not use!!

I don’t normally leave reviews but think it’s only fair for others considering purchasing from here. Bought two hoodies from this company for Christmas which took weeks to arrive. When they finally came they were incorrect sizes and so we attempted the contact Kunai on every platform possible. Finally managed to get a response from their instagram page which was quite blunt and unapologetic but said they would resend the items. It’s been weeks now and still no replacements have been delivered nor any confirmation any were even sent as they have ignored every message since. Have managed to get a refund from my bank but it’s extremely poor service do not buy from here.

Product 10/10 my fiancé loved it. Worth the wait. No fraud or a scam. The owner came back to me once my item was received saying “We set up shop 2 months ago officially and then had an influx of 1000 orders and all of the temp workers dropped out from the amount of work leaving us with just 1 person to dispatch it all. It was horrible, we'll be looking to get more staff moving forward” this is why your order will be late or you lack updates. Go through the courier that is what I did and I got it in the end. The issue I had was actually working out how to get through to a real person to help, my courier was parcel2go and I managed to find their live chat where you can speak to an actual agent but that was after 2 weeks of trying hence my frustration. This is a brilliant business that needs more staff, bare with them and you will be very happy in the end.

Have never left a review before! But felt compelled to do so after reading other peoples experiences which are eerily similar to mine. I ordered a hoodie and T-shirt on 12th December as a present for my daughter for Christmas. Despite several unanswered emails chasing the order up, I am yet to receive the items. Looking at other reviews, I still have an outside chance of getting something, although whether it is what I actually ordered looks even less likely. Don't use them.

Order took forever. Not clear that it was coming from abroad. Only responds after multiple chase emails/messages. Sent the wrong order so Xmas present for my 10 year old nephew was ruined and on top of that expect me to pay to return when it's their mistake. Waiting for a response for a prepaid label or free post address. Did offer replacement but obviously too late. Experience date is last message to them date.

Pleasantly surprised by the quality and designs are very cool. My boyfriend liked them and they look good on him. Delivery different to what I'm used to but came on time with no issues.

They have an amazing selection of clothes, quality is amazing and so affordable. They are also very responsive and will come back to you promptly if you have any queries. My new favourite place to shop!!

Great quality!! The hoodie is my partner’s favourite. He hasn’t taken it off since Christmas. The customer service is top notch too. I will be honest, be a little patient. This guy has a small business and I think people are too quick to complain about delivery times but this guy is killing it. The designs and quality are both incredible and I’m so grateful for the 3 items I have received. I will personally order again.

The order took ages to arrive and then when it did arrive it was completely wrong, one of the items was missing part of the design that was meant to be on the front.

I ordered one hoodie and one sweater and the designs we on the wrong items alongside just being horrible quality material as well, it looks and feels really cheap. LIterally everything that could have gone wrong did.

I have contacted them asking to send them back and get a refund and I have been completely ignored so I'm going to have to file a chargeback claim through my bank.

It is also worth noting that the day I am writing this review they have been flooded with loads of 5 star positive reviews which I am 100% confident are not legitimate reviews and have been done by the business and their friends to bury all of the legitimate reviews which are not positive at all.

Please for your own sake and sanity don't give these people your hard earned money.

I ordered a jumper for my partner for Christmas on the 10th of December still haven’t even been shipped I’ve messaged them, emailed them numerous times, still nothing wasted money that I won’t even get a refund since they don’t reply, I should of never ordered from them. Please do not order from them
Terrible terrible service, really upset because it was meant to be a nice Christmas present just a waste of time and money that I could have got something else, probably won’t even see this product.

Can’t edit my previous review - not a scam - my hoodie did arrive and it is lovely! But took ages to arrive and very poor communication from the seller and the couriers.
