Det är bra att sådana här forum finns…

Det är bra att sådana här forum finns för att kunna varna andra för att handla av KungsTv i Norrköping!
Köpte en produkt genom nätet, som inte fungerade som den ska göra. Hörde av mig per telefon och påpekade felet dagar efter köpet. Personen som svarade kom med flertalet undanflykter,till slut så kom vi överens om att jag skulle skicka ett mail med exakt beskrivning av problemet för reparation alt återlämning, vilket jag naturligtvis gjorde. Men de hörde aldrig av sig med svar….!
Jag lämnade in produkten till en privat servicefirma i min hemstad och fick det ordnat, men det kostade flertalet hundralappar.
Du bestämmer själv om du vill handa av KungsTv, men var beredd på att de smiter undan om något strular.
