I’m on the second kuppersbusch combi…

I’m on the second kuppersbusch combi oven in 3 years, was installed in kitchen upgrade when Neff could not be sourced. Customer service is appalling, microwave function hasn’t worked, been waiting now for 3 months for resolution. I l live in Scotland and UK service engineer located in southern England ao have had to wait a long time to get someone to assess. Both parties blaming each other, service engineer recommended replacement but still waiting for a decision 6 weeks later. I would not recommend this brand, appliances don’t last and after sales support is dreadful,
