Fast, secure and products were very well chilled using a special gel bag and innovative wool based protective bags. The food was of very high quality and very generous on the meat portions. Well recommended.

I absolutely love Kurami food and always look forward to the delivery. The food is gluten-free and healthy as well as tasty. The menu is well-thought and balanced. I always go for the pescatarian option and all my dietary needs are adjusted for. I never feel hungry with Kurami meals. My favourite are their mylks and energy balls! The customer service is also very helpful.

The meals are varied, filling and tasty! The customer service I have received in pausing/ changing/ restarting my plan has been very good. I was apprehensive of the cost but these meals save me the hassle of thinking of healthy dinners/ lunches and I save money by not getting takeaway. Also is a lot of food for one day so you can make it go further by saving some for the next day!!

This is the first time I've used a meal delivery service, so I have no benchmark, but I have been absolutely delighted with both the service and the quality of the food. I wasn't sure what to expect, having chosen the calorie controlled vegan option (a mini-detox!) but the dishes have been wonderful - so flavourful and diverse - and the portions are great. I haven't been hungry once. I'm currently only on day four of five, but I already feel like an improved version of myself. Excellent all round and I can't recommend Kurami highly enough.

This is my third weeks repurchase of Kurami’s very tasty and healthy food. It has been varied each day with terrific flavourful food that has incorporated many different types of vegetables as well as protein. The volume of food is very filling and the variety makes sure you don’t get bored.

I don’t even know where to start describing how much I’ve come to rely on this service. I don’t like long reviews but I’ll just say I am insanely busy all the time and have been feeling weak and unhappy with my eating habits, Kurami has changed all of this. With a stellar customer service that’s always friendly and jumping over itself to make sure everything works perfectly, and food that is seriously so good you won’t want to order anywhere else, just do yourself a favour and try it

I had such an incredible experience with Kurami I am definitely going to become a regular. Customer service was kind and impeccable, going above and beyond to ensure I would have a good experience regardless of my very specific dietary needs and some mistakes I made upon placing my order. They were so understanding and did way more than I could have asked for to help. The food was just incredible, with rich and complete flavour profiles that I would reach for anytime. The drinks were also fresh and lovely. I’m happy to say I felt coMfortably full after eating but I didn’t feel drowsy or weighed down. Overall amazing experience that I am going to recommend to all my friends and family as well as continue purchasing

Was so excited to try this and wish I'd take the reviews more seriously, Awful customer service where you just hope your food arrives and when it does there are no instructions of whether to heat it or not heat. The food is also probably one of the worst I've ever tasted. There are so many ways to make healthy nutritious and gut-friendly foods however Kurami completely under-delivers on taste. Considering I found quite a few dishes completely inedible I thought the service was far too expensive.
I ordered a 10 days food plan. I was reliant on that as I was ill with pneumonia and house bound. The order was confirmed but food never arrived.
I followed up with customer services. They advised that they do not deliver to my area. This was not picked up when the order was confirmed. I was subsequently told it was due to a 'bug'. There was no apology.
Second, my order was scheduled for a date I did not specify. This was changed without telling me. I only found this out after the date I specified had elapsed. Their reason for this was I missed the cut off. That's fine, but for the love of all things good and holy, tell the consumer! We are not mind readers, although Kurami seem to expect you to be.
I still haven't received an apology. In fact, I had to ask for a refund for food they could never deliver in the first place and should never have agreed to deliver. When I did do that, and after me specifically advising them of my challenging health circumstances giving rise to the order, Kurami responded by starting their email with "I hope this email finds you well". Honestly, that is either next level stupidity or if I was to be cynical, it's just really mean. I am not well. That was the point of the order, which I explained in detail, and nicely in my immediately prior email to them.
Do better Kurami. For an allegedly high end food offering, your execution, reliability, customer care and service seems to be the opposite of that. Also, if you do mess it up, apologise.
Good food, and very comfortable service. Signed up for a subscription so makes it really easy and the food is really nice and fresh.

Honestly my experience with Kurami was SO disappointing. I was very excited to try it and ordered a 5-day meal plan (lunch and dinner). I am sorry to say but I still do not understand how the food could taste so bad. Sure, it was healthy, gluten free and dairy free. But it either had no taste whatsoever, or the taste was bad enough to make me feel nauseated after a couple of bites. And the consistency of some of the food just felt wrong. I contacted customer service on the third day, and they were nice, but they could not offer me even a partial refund or compensation for my dissatisfaction. I do not understand the positive reviews, food can be healthy AND tasty, but this was just utterly underwhelming.
This company is superb. I love receiving my meals, which are always fresh and delicious.

I used this company while in London for a long work trip. I truly loved the food. Good selection of dishes, healthy and always delicious. I will use Kurami again when I come back and I reccomend it to friends. The little chocolate snacks are so good, I ask them to make a box to take to the plane!
