A Game Changer for Sleep and Energy
I really enjoyed incorporating the liquid curcumin into my daily routine - it was easy to take and tasted great, which made it something I actually looked forward to. What stood out most for me was the noticeable improvement in my sleep quality, as well as more sustained energy throughout the day without any crashes.
I also loved the electrolyte tablets, they were super convenient and refreshing, and I found them especially helpful for staying hydrated and energised during busy days especially for the gym. Overall, both products fit seamlessly into my routine and made a genuine difference!!

Psoriatic Arthritis relief
I take Kurk because I have Psoriatic Arthritis, which caused severe pain in both wrists and elbows. Rather annoying as I'm an accompanist for a local choir. Playing the piano was becoming difficult at times. I used to take a medication provided by my GP ( sulfasalazine) ....horrible stuff, but came off it to try Kurk. I no longer have any pain in my wrists or elbows and my joints are pain free. I take 1.5ml -2ml each morning. Thank you Kurk for your help. 😊

Major spinal surgery ie spinal…
Major spinal surgery ie spinal decompression and microdiscectomy. Been using Kurk now for some 6 months and it’s greatly helped me reduce by day time meds. And helped with my sleep. Because of the inflammation pre Kurk I could feel every vertebrae in my spine. Kurk has greatly reduced this feeling, thank you.

Life changing
I was recommended KURK by a friend. I have arthritis in my hip and struggled to bend and climb stairs. Within a few weeks of taking KURK I was pain free and the stiffness had reduced significantly. I recently had a small problem with my subscription and contacted customer support. They could not have been more helpful. I can’t recommend KURK and the team more highly

Terrible customer service
Very unhappy with the customer service of Kurk - talk at kurk.au. Have written to them twice to kindly request to cancel a repeat subscription that costs me $280 AUD with zero response (wrote to them before it was shipped and after it was shipped, and Ive had zero response- apart from notification that they have shipped the order). Beyond frustrating for such an expensive product.

The Ultimate Recovery Trifecta!
I’ve been using the full KURK lineup (all three products) for three months now, and the difference is night and day. As someone who runs high mileage, my biggest struggle has always been the "heavy leg" feeling and the long downtime between hard sessions.

Customer service is appalling.l, which is a shame because it seems a decent product.
There is no way whatsoever of actually speaking to a human being regarding a dispute.
An amount of £111.30 was taken by Kurk.life from my account. This was apparently a subscription which I had no knowledge of, nor could I find any communication from Kurk.life.
Several emails in, I am no nearer a solution and appear to be going round in circles.
After reading previous reviews it would appear that I am not alone in experiencing this problem.

It works for me! I can feel a real difference now I’m into my second month. I love the taste too. Really really pleased so far. I’ve tried other Turmeric supplements in the past and this definitely far and away the most effective!
