Kurk definitely do their research, as an individual with a few complex issues I asked some questions. Initially Kai responded extremely positively & polite then Eloise took over & it just went through the roof. The customer support is amazing!!! It genuinely feels that they are wanting the best for you, I was given a key piece of information to speak to my GP to check it would be okay. This showed me that they value customer safety, satisfaction & support of the highest possible quality. If they never they would have just sold me it & then go from there. The website has so much information that you can easily find it has a full scientific explanation backed by doctors & professionals. Their products are all made in house also, you have the satisfaction knowing it is a genuine product made by a company that care.
