What is going on with this site? On 03-22-2022 I ordered a t-shirt for my brother’s birthday and my card was immediately charged for the item and I received an email confirming my purchase. A week later when I still had not received word about my order, I sent them an email asking them when they thought my order would be shipped. I heard nothing. A week later when I still hadn’t heard anything back from them I sent them another email. Still nothing. I wanted to get a unique gift and support his daughter but I am beginning to think that I was had. Is this even a legit business?

I don’t even understand how this shop is still running. Not only does it take months to receive your items, but you receive some sort of knock off version. I ordered the Kurt tote bag and it was a completely different color and shape to what was on their website. After getting in contact with customer service and sending a picture, their only response was ‘here’s a refund, can’t make you another.’ And it’s not like you can order this tote bag in different colors and sizes, it comes just as pictured. Which it didn’t. I’ve read a lot of other reviews on them mostly on Reddit and others have had issues with not even getting their items. I would avoid this shop.
