Wildcat Sports & Graphics

My sales rep. Nick Lueking provides excellent customer service. There are two things I dislike. Not showing a separate line item for the 3% charge to customers on the receipt. The 1¢ difference on the batch report from time to time.

We have been in business with EMS for 5…

We have been in business with EMS for 5 years. Richard Young was the most knowledgeable and delightful rep to deal with. He returned all my calls, my emails and check to make sure that everything that I requested had been taken care. He make it very easy to deal with all the issues that I've had with EMS so far he is one of the reason that I will stay with the company and not get service with another for need company due to all of his near actionsand Customer Service skills.

EMS has been our cc processor for years. Marion Unartel is great. She is always my go to person for questions or issues with our credit card processing and statements. She is always quick to respond and to take care of any issues. She always goes above and beyond to do research and find the answers I need, even if she isn't the person or department I need.

An extremely helpful and pleasant… absolutely!

An extremely helpful and pleasant individual. She answered all of my questions, resolved my difficulties and I could “hear” her smile the entire call. I called for a batch closing issue. Done. I was locked out of my online accessibility. Fixed. I had a question on charges to our statement. Explained and removed.
A pleasure to deal with one knowledgeable person and not be transferred to different departments. She’s a gem!

Marion is THE BEST

Marion U at EMS is amazing! Super helpful, friendly, and really knows her stuff. I don't have to dread when I have an issue because I know Marion will be on top of it! EMS is basically a legal criminal…

EMS is basically a legal criminal organization. They lie about everything, hold funds for months without any reason or notice. Want to call your customers to verify orders??!!!! Seriously? Customer service is a joke and after spending a ridiculous amount of time trying to make sense of their non existent policy and system EVERYONE TELLS YOU SOMETHING DIFFERENT!!! Stay very far away from this place! They will put you out of business and continue to hold your funds for up to 9 months. BEWARE
ANY POSITIVE REVIEW YOU SEE HERE IS ABSOLUTELY FAKE!!!!
