SCAM! Do not buy from them. I wish I had seen these reviews before ordering from Kush Cargo. They take your payment and never send the order. They also do not reply to emails, and there is no phone number to contact them. If they are not a scam, then their level of incompetence makes the shopping experience indistinguishable from that of a scammer.

Shipping and processing did get delayed but I was compensated amazingly!!! Love my product, best e rigs available for the best prices!!

I would give a half star if I could. First they didn’t have the item I ordered (#57827) in stock even though the website said it did even with paying for express shipping I didn’t find out they were back ordered another week or two until I reached out on the final day I was supposed to receive my order. Then once I cancelled my order on January the 6th I still haven’t received my refund. I used Klarna for a payment option and when I told them (Klarna) the order was cancelled, Kush Cargo/KC gifts denied that the cancellation happened or are outright refusing to acknowledge the cancellation. It’s now about to be February and I’m having to pay for something I never received or was even shipped. DO NOT USE THIS WEBSITE. And Chris, if you’re reading this; why haven’t I gotten my refund? Why can you tell me in email you’ll get my order cancelled and refunded and almost a month later there’s nothing other than your denial against the cancellation?

I’ve had several issues with this site. I ordered some stuff for my uncle last year and it never came. After two months. I asked for a refund and received one. I made the mistake of giving them another chance and ordered some products again this month. They only sent a portion of my order, and some of it was wrong. I tried to be patient to have the rest of my order sent but it’s been weeks! I would NOT recommend.

USPS lost my package completely which was super annoying. Emailed Kush cargo and they dispatched a new one with UPS instead. took a while to finally get it but note there fault.

Got the MJ arsenal mini rig for travel. Its tiny but rips!

The glass thickness on the beaker bong I bought is legit, not that thin cheap stuff u see on other sites.

Nice shop. Love it. I buy smoking accessories from them and shipping to NY has always been easy with Chris and his team. I also appreciate the deep understanding of their products, their patience and overall competence in the vape niche they serve. Highly recommened store

We order our products on Nov 5th. Its now Jan 16th and we have Yet to receive our products! We had found some of their glones in a smoke shop who couldn't keep them stocked so we went directly to the supplier to order. Paid $65 plus $10 express shipping to arrive in 3-5 business days. I emailed them on Nov 22nd because we had not received them. Got an automated response that they would be in touch. 10 days later I email them again because I had No Response. Chris finally messaged me back said they were back ordered and it would be another couple of weeks and did I want to wait or get a refund. I told him all we need is communication to let us know what's going on. A few days later I get an email asking me if I would be ok with the natural wraps. I said yes. I received a tracking number on Dec 15th, but when I click on the link it says they are still waiting on the package yo be dropped off.

So here we are 2.5 months later, out $75 and Zero Glones to show for it. I Only write reviews for Excellent Service or Horrible Service! Unfortunately this one is for the latter. Ive given them 48hrs to send me a tracking number that works with a date of arrival within 3-5 biz days which is what I paid for or I will be calling my bank to charge back for a refund.

I've been looking for the Snoop Dogg Pounds line everywhere was either backordered or out of stock but I finally found it at Kush Cargo in stock. The spaceship rig is even cooler in person.

Got the Storz & Bickel Volcano Hybrid kit for my husband's as a birthday present.It arrived in time as promised, safely wrapped and he has been over the moon with it for so long...!!!

box came super beat up, looked like the delivery driver punted it onto my porch lol. Luckily, they wrapped the glass in a ton of bubble wrap so it didn't break!!!

My favorite vape stopped working recently. Ordered the datx kind pen and LOVE it.

But their staff guaranteed that they gave me the best and suitable product for me. Definitely a good shop to go.
