With so many custom clothing companies out there, it's best to work with people who care about their service, their product and their customers.

Kustom Clothing is, alas, not a company that cares about any of these three entities.

Very poor quality product, and even worse quality customer service. Twice we have been sent product not matching hex code, not matching requested colours (ie: we ere sent blue hats when we ordered green...they were also very poor quality hats), not matching the beautiful mockups their designers have made. And, on notifying them of this we were met with excuses, blame placed on us and ignored phone calls, no replies to emails, promises of prompt replies followed by silence, chasing.

Mistakes happen, that is fine - but a good company accepts when a hex code does not match a product and accepts that they have no fulfilled their side of the contract. An apology and making things right is always the right business decision. Treating a customer with the upmost disrespect is insulting and pushes a business into disrepute.

1. First order we were clearly ordered green hats...we were sent blue hats
2. This was blamed on us, despite 4 emails stating the clear order
3. 10% discount offered on future orders
4. Sample sent that was spot on, we were happy and ordered 20 more
5. 20 Run orders did not match hex code, or the visual and not the sample. We ordered sky blue and got dark blue
6. Denials and excuses
7. Silence
8. Informed if we were unhappy then we should talk to our lawyers.

With so many custom clothing companies out there, it's best to work with people who care about their service, their product and their customers.

Exceptionally helpful and amazing service!
We sent through a concept idea and Kustom showed some amazing designs, they then worked with us throughout the process to ensure that the design met and exceeded our expectations.
Amazing customer service, really friendly and helpful team and great quality and very quick turn around product.

Absolutely fab service. This was my first order and I was really impressed with the quick response and continued communication with Abigail.
I ordered 3 different sets of customised running t-shirts and the printing and quality of the t-shirts is brilliant. Was great that I was able to see a sample of each colour t-shirt and various sizes so that teams could get the right sizes. I will certainly be recommending Kustom Clothing to my Triathlon Club, running club and gym. Great value for money. Thanks for making the process so easy.

Fantastic service with a great end result. Delighted with our personalised gilets and polo shirts. Super easy and fast to agree everything over email, paid over the phone and clothing with us a couple of days later. Ideal.

I have ordered from Kustom Clothing numerous times within the last 8 months, and the service as well as the clothing quality has been excellent. The merchandise that was ordered where 30 t-shirts and 17 hoodies, both of fantastic quality and at a reasonable price considering that each item was individually customized. The delivery was quick, on time and the items arrived in a good condition. The customer service has been perfect: quick responses and all queries were dealt with swiftly and professionally. Would absolutely recommend!

What an amazing service. The quality of the embroidery on our new work jackets was amazing, the fine detail was picked up much better than expected and the colours were vibrant and eye catching.

We only had a small number of garments to be printed, but this wasn't an issue. The guys at Kustom Clothing did a test piece and jacket for us before placing order. Turn-a-round was also quicker than quoted.

Everything about working with Kustom Clothing was good - they were vert responsive, professional, reasonably priced and offered great service, turning round an order from a new customer very quickly. I ordered some tech tees for a mountain bike race at relatively short notice. Customer service was excellent, very pleasant to deal with and quick to respond. The tees themselves are great value and nice to wear (and breathable) even for a full day on the bike. And they even arrived 2 days earlier than quoted. I will definitely be using Kustom Clothing again in the future.
