Rang Kustom covers to order a trailer cover, I needed the cover within 5 days. Not a problem I was told, manufactured and delivered on time. Great fit, easy to use and fit - excellent all round service, product and delivery and definitely value for money.

Fantastic service from the beginning to the end, communication with Donna and Hayley was excellent. Ordered 4 covers for my BBQ/Outside Kitchen area and they fit perfectly , great quality and the colour match to our overall theme is great. Would highly recommend this company and will definitely use again.

From start to finish this company offered an excellent service. They were quick to quote for a bespoke trailer cover, sent out a sample of the material used and then made and delivered the cover within days. They were also great in responding to all of my queries. I would highly recommend this company for any bespoke cover you need made. I will definitely use them again if the need arises.

Considering your only form of ordering is through email you would think the company would be more on the ball with reading their emails rather than only taking the time to reply to trust pilot reviews 6days later because its a negative one👍🏻

I can’t fault Kustom covers, Hayley was really helpful giving advice and taking the order, delivery was prompt, and the finished product was fantastic, I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them

PROS:
-FEELS GOOD QUALITY AND WON'T RIP.
-PLENTY OF EYE HOLES.
-CHEAPER THAN SOME OTHERS.
-QUICK TO GET A QUOTE.

CONS:
-GRAY IS MUCH LIGHTER THAN I EXPECTED - IT'S ALMOST WHITE (IF I HAD KNOWN I WOULD HAVE PICKED BLACK)
-TOOK CONSIDERABLY LONGER THAN QUOTED TO BE DELIVERED.
-DOES NOT COME WITH ROPE.

Excellent cover and extremely well made. There was a slight delay but that was down to Covid so we cant complain. I still received the covers in plenty of time. Would highly recommend using this company. I would like to say a thank you to Megan was was fantastic and asked all the questions I didnt think of.

I cannot in truth deny that I was wrong in not reading information about measurements, I went straight to Photo of the trailer product and from there paid for the cover not realising that trailer measurements differ until the cover arrived. Not fitting as it be an under size I made contact with Kustom Covers and thereafter I had top service in replacement and I cannot thank them enough for the service I received and therefore I have no problem in that being recognised - Very professional service and that I cannot fault and I very much appreciated in this being the first time I have used the company - Its British and British made top dog for me - Thank you once again

From the initial enquiry through to final order arriving, Kustom Covers were impeccable in relation to customer service. They made suggestions to change my initial design for 2 outdoor furniture covers to having 3 made (at roughly the same price) and I am glad I took their advice. The product is of high quality and I am sure will last for years. My contact, Donna was very polite and made the whole ordering process really easy. Highly Recommended.

I bought two large covers for my patio rattan furniture. They arrived on time with fast delivery.
They fit as I was told they would. A perfect fit with just enough excess in material so it’s easy to fit.
I cannot recommend Kustom Covers Ltd enough. Superb from start to finish.

Great service and communication, i needed the cover quickly, and both Donna and Megan stepped up, delivered in time to go away with the trailer, the last cover perishing after just 18mths.
Quality looks far better than the old one, the bungy cord is certainly thicker in diameter.
Overall, very impressed.

We are still waiting for a cover to arrive - 18 months after paying. Now seem impossible to contact.
