Wish I had read these reviews first. Ordered a cap from them on the 30th November. Advised I would receive an email when shipped. Its now 6 days later and no email. I have just emailed them to see what is taking so long and the sales @ kustomyard.com email address which is on their website bounced back saying that it doesn't exist. Also the email address on Trust Pilot info @ kustomyard.com where reviews are sent to also bounced back. So glad I didn't order something more expensive.......12/12/24 So the hat has actually turned up today, which I am grateful for. Just as a mention ,,,,according to Companies House, it looks like they are proposing to wind up the business.

Same as most reviews on here. Ordered from them 19th June, had no confirmation of my order (money taken quick enough) contacted via help section heard nothing back emailed them, mail returned as deamon, rang number number not recognised and finally messaged on Facebook messenger with still no response. Disgusting! I am now in touch with my bank who will investigate and hopefully return my money. How are they getting away with it?,

Kustom Yard Confirmed via email my order when placed, and I payed via PayPal. They then updated me again via email when dispatched with tracking details. My order arrived intact and correct. I was expecting more of a delay due to the early may bank holiday but there was a prompt dispatch on 03/05/24 and although yesterday was the bank holiday it was delivered this morning via the Royal mail tracked 48 service. I have to admit I was concerned as I checked reviews here after I placed my order and then panicked that it may not arrive and that I may have been ripped off, but it seems maybe I am either lucky or things have been rectified at their end, I do not know but I am one happy customer!

I made a purchase order 6745 on 12 August 2020. On the order, I requested that the sunglasses do not have any tested/prescription lenses. I was not contacted about my notes, and delivered the sunglasses with tested/prescription lenses. I returned the product according to Kustom Yard's return policy. I have also already contacted KustomYard 2 - 3 times with no reply. Possibly a SCAM. AVOID

Same as others. Nothing delivered, no response from email, telephone number doesn't work. Maybe a scam company?

Ordered in April Ken Block last tops. Never received them, emailed them tried the online chat no answer to emails. Emailed ceo directly no answer. Called the number and surprise doesn’t connect. Dodgy as f!

Took them nearly 3 weeks to receive my order and when it finally arrived they had managed to send out the wrong item sizes and no response when try to organise a return

I really wanted to give this company the benefit of the doubt after reading their Trustpilot reviews, but it's not looking good for my missing order. The telephone number on their website doesn't work, and I have tried 3 times to email their sales team, from the email they have on their contact page, but to no avail. I just keep getting Mailer-Daemon responses as it's clearly not a legit email address or even company for that matter.

Considering they are advertising really nice items, and Ken Block items may I add, I am disgusted that they are getting away with ignoring paying customers and their complaints!

Also, I have just checked on Company's House (Gov.) and it is not looking good, also their address doesn't show a business, under that name, THEY DONT EXIST...Grrr!!! I hate people who do this!!!

If you are reading this, then please stay clear and always read reviews before purchasing. Lesson learnt the hard way.

*After going through PayPal for a refund, I was given another email to try and actually got a response from the owner? Who states a refund will be issued.

One star is far too many for this robbing thieving company.

Half order missing..no response from anyone ..even tried insta but would appear they all mute🤷‍♀️

Kustomyard.com have not sent me my order placed on 29th June 2023. The phone number on their website does not work. They do not respond to queries or emails. Thankfully I paid by credit card, so I have reported them to my credit card company. Star option needs to allow for zero stars!

Didn’t receive my order, didn’t reply to any of our emails, phone number doesn’t work. Clearly a scam company.
Read their google reviews, no one has received their orders, absolute scam.

Ordered wring size and sent it back for exchange, they never sent out new item. They don't respond to emails and there phone doesn't work! Will try to get money back though bank. Avoid!

Order placed 22nd June and I am still waiting to receive the item which was initially a birthday gift. I have emailed Kustomyard multiple times and tried all other contact methods to no avail. Awful company, avoid at all cost.

I have not received my order after nearly 10 days of waiting. Customer service number does not respond, no reply to my emails. DO NOT ORDER from them.

I only received some items from my delivery but not all. I have tried to call the number on their website and it does not work which is ridiculous! I have contacted them on their online form, email and a help form and no response. I am just waiting for the rest of the order that I have paid for, and am getting nothing from them.
