Reply from Kutvek Kit Graphik
Hello Asaf,
Thank you for your comment and sorry that the order does not meet your expectations.
You ordered and paid for a graphic kit without personalization. That's why you received a product as is. There was probably a handling problem on your part when ordering. If the personalization option was checked, you would have paid for it.
Concerning the shipping, unfortunately we have no influence on that.
Have a nice day

Tricky but worth it
The communication with the company was pretty tricky, they are based in France and the language barrier can be quite obvious at times.
At first they didnt understand my needs, requests and vision at all, i bought a custom kit for my MT-07.
They give you 10 drafts and after that you have to pay extra, my final one was 9th.
The main issue with that is that i wrote, thoroughly details of what i want in different part of the wrap, but they always did only few of those things or even only one and they forgot/ignored the other requests i had in that draft, in the end they managed to fullfil my needs and it was fine, but i had to compromise in some instances.
Overall the product i received is high quality, pretty neatly packed, but one of the pieces was damaged just a bit, it got detached during the transportation and it sticked to another piece, but nothing that couldnt be fixed with proper precision and gentleness.
Their approach was very friendly as well, especially their support.

Good quality, just needs to be clearer on sizing and model
Wasn’t clear on what the size or for what model the sticker was for for the seat covers. But the sticker was good quality and quite nice. I had to cut parts to make it fit but it all worked out!
