Purchased chain and letter charm and absolutely love, love, love the quality and beauty. Just one problem - had the added expense of paying a jeweller to cut the loop of the chain to thread the charm on and then to resolder the loop. Would have thought it to be a perfect fit. In the end, it is absolute perfection.

7/10 and here's why
I loved the entire experience but I was a tiny bit disappointed in the look of the ring. The photos are a bit misleading as they look more "rustic" or "rugged" I wanted that ancient look and what I got was far more smooth and polished.
It's still a beautiful ring but I was a little bit bummed out. HOWEVER the rest of the purchase and delivery and package experience was 10/10 product was 7/10 due to reason I stated.
