Once I send in my car for sale, I expect more frequent and transparent communications. My car had been evaluated for sale 90+k, it was sold much less. People would wondering if there would be a trap....

Thx for the review.
Valuation is based on a car in normal condition for age and miles seen to market. Other things can affect a bid such as whether the car is imported, service history and remarks on the car.
In your case, the fact that it is an import car and that there is no service history on a car from 2006 has probably had an negative effect.
I can see that we have made our best to make you happy and didn't take full commission in the end. You are more then welcome back in the future.

Excellent service. The estimate for the old car was given after detailed clarification of the car features. The car was re-evaluated at the service center within an hour. The extra issues that were not directly visible were explained clearly with photographs and the price reduced accordingly. Once agreed at the new price, the transaction was approved and the money was tranferred directly to my account within 2 days.

Deactivating account
Although it says you have 14 days of withdrawal right once you win an auction, they do it with a fine of deactivating your account forever. That is not fair and I do believe it is against the laws. I'm planning to make a complain to the authorities in Sweden. And they have not mentioned of this in section in their website "Har jag ångerrätt eftersom jag köper bilen på nätet"

Yes, you are perfectly right, you do have a 14 day right to withdraw after purchasing a car. But in this case you haven't actually bought a car. You did however place the winning bid on a car and later decided to withdraw from your bid, due to not liking the color of the car.
Please note we have not closed your account but chose to issue a warning urging you to make sure you actually want to buy the car you're bidding on.
So please feel free to continue bidding, but do so with the intention of wanting to buy the car in question. If you have any other questions, don't hesitate to contact us, we're happy to help!

The company sells cars, for export, not even looking well. There are a lot of hidden flaws in my car that I bought. The car had a lot of rust spots on various elements, including structural ones, the spots were really big and I don't know how you could not notice such obvious rust. He had a problem with refueling - fuel spills out when refueling a full tank. Defective gaskets that damaged the varnish between the trees and a faulty bixenon lamp module. Haldex coupling problem - constant bug. And a badly set front lamp (under the mudguard) The fender is on the lamp, from above. The complaint department claims that the car is not much different from the description. I have been waiting for a reply for 2 weeks. They just ignore the customer. I also had to ask for documents from the car and write several times in the chat (fortunately, they write back quite well). I got documents from a completely different car than I bought. Next time I would prefer to buy from a different store where they are honest about the transaction.
