Excellent prices and customer service. However, an autoship feature would be very helpful. As someone who often forgets her own Rx refills - and as the person who orders our pet meds but does not administer them- I often find us using the last pill on the same day the new shipment arrives because I ordered at the last minute! Having autoship, like my human pharmacy does, would be wonderful!

It was easy to get my pet's meds from KV. They contacted my vet to verify the prescription and sent the meds to me at a significant savings over my vet.

I appreciate the fast, easy ordering of my dogs medications. Best prices.

Very fair in pricing of goods sold, careful packaging of goods to be shipped and Fast shipping. Customer care is Excellent! Always a pleasure to place and order with them for over 20 years!

They also carry MVP product line which is one of my favorites. I wish for free shipping promos, but shipping priced fairly and arrives quickly. I called with a question and got a cheerful return call promptly.

I needed to call customer service about a pharmacy order. I had to call 4 times. The first three times I was on hold 10 minutes, for a total of 30 minutes on hold. The fourth time I was on long for 12 minutes, but I had to talk to someone about the order. By the time I finally spoke to someone, I was so frustrated I canceled the order and went somewhere else.

Called and asked to expedite my order and was able to do this with the help of a great customer service representative. Prices are great and the service is top notch.

We have been buying essentials from KV Supply for 20 years or more. Always what one needs at a fair price, never a back order, and timely delivery. What's more, we trust the on line transactions to be secure and quick.

order dog treats 4lb bags it said on there site sent 31/2 lb bags. short 21/2 lb told them . that was it they did not care.

the problem was getting my vet to contact the KV Company. Other then that I am very satisfied with the prices.
