Honestly if I was told I would enjoy this broker I would probably have not expected anything other than to let it not be a scam but I am so grateful that the broker proved me wrong and the trading conditions were really good.

I do like that the broker has the ctrader platform available. Not many brokers have that. Good pricing too, but support should be quicker on the platform^_~

Totally useless, nothing wants to work no answers from support despite repeated emails about inaccuracies, which cannot be corrected.

Hey Kwakol is a fraud company. Guys please don't trust and invest in them. You will loose money like I lost. Even though if you make money, these guys don't allow you to withdraw the money when required or they never pay out back. They tempt you to put money, make false promises but never take responsibility for what they did. Managers like David Miller, Michael etc are professional liars. They know how to make you fool and loose your money.
When I asked for withdrawal, they initiated a refund process and reverted back immediately, so the money never credited to my bank account. Now they argue that the money was paid out. After I shared the bank account statement for that transaction period, there is no answer from them. Simply they commit false promises in verbal communication, but they won't keep it.

From more than a week I am requesting for withdraw but David Miller and Micheal Harris are not responding and made me lost so much money. They are not processing my withdrawals.. this is a fraud and scam. You are cheating and robbing our money. I want my money back immediately.

Ability to open hedged positions thanks to access to varios market classed is smth I appreciate here. Just today closed positions on commodities and some stocks.
Also, education part of broker is rich in content.
However, the spreads is not that low to be honest, therefore it complicating my trading - I have to be very selective with ma trades to have better returns.

It's been one week i requested for the withdrawal but didn't get approval from kwakol team .... In terms and conditions (agreement) it's clearly says it will take 2-5 days for processing but it's been 1 week and not answer by the team ...... I invested the money and now they are making me to beg them for my money withdrawal....even no one accepting my request...what's going on ?? Really making me upset ......now where is you term and conditions...no one is following

For over2weeks my withdrawal has been pending I can’t wait anymore, no response from customer support they kept us mute. Even CEO Yakubu Teri is on the RUN now using traders funds for personal use.

They have been holding my funds for 2weeks now … pay up my funds

Their withdrawal through cryptocurrencies is too poor....they said withdrawals are processed within 24-48 hours....But mine has been on progress for 72 hours now..and when you chat them no response...

I tihnk this borker is good but and they are not traying do best. I was trading on their plaftorm and there were lots of lags but I don't think it is a big deal.

I have submitted personal information over 144hrs ago and was contacted over 72hrs ago with a promise to action my withdrawal same day. Not a penny yet, STAY CLEAR THIS BROKER. UNDENIABLY A SCAM AND FRAUD.

They provide many financial instruments for trading. Deposits and withdrawals work clearly and transactions are fast. The trading platform is EASY to use and convenient.

pretty much commended from me. i like the variety of platforms and accounts. i'd say the number of accounts is the biggest I've ever seen. 👍

Made a withdrawal 6hrs ago and my withdrawal has been pending I have written support multiple times no response….

Absolutely shocking service. I would not recommend this broker service to my worst enemy.
I requested a withdrawal over a month ago and still only says pending. 10 emails sent to chase an update on situation. Not one single reply!
No live chat, no WhatsApp chat.
Do not use. Money taking, robbing, thieving company.
Please stay away.

A reply from Kwakol asking to respond to a private message that doesn't exist!
