I deposited 250 usd into kwakol account, they said they would call the next day to discuss my investment, they didn't, so I put in a request to retrieve my funds,
Which was ignored, after I put in a bad review on trust pilot,they phoned promising to return my deposit, which they didn't, I put in many more requests to return my funds, everytime they came back with, I had left the chat this matter is closed, I had done no such thing, it has now been more than 2 months and numerous requests for the release of my funds, they just keep cancelling my my requests.
They have no intention of returning my funds, my advise is to stay well clear of this scam company, who will take your money, but in my experience refuse to release it, they are scammers, do not give this company your money

Hi Kwakol Investigating Team,
I have not received any response yet. Really surprising to see NO RESPONSE from kwakol support emails (not even acknowledgement of any email) despite of sending all the details with attachment. How can Regulated company dont have customer support while even start up and smallest companies respond to queries in 24hrs. My query is quite obvious that its SEV 1 issue. Will wait another day before taking next step!

They'll disable your account when it high time you withdrew frequently, check their Instagram comments and all social media, Google search about them and see what's happening ,all those sweet reviews here are all fake most of them have not eve deposit 1$ maybe they got paid for the review I don't know,but beware❗❗❗I already made a comment about this scam broker but unfortunately trust pilot took the down as fake review

However, I'm very happy to have my issues rectified, and extended their apologies for the inconvenience. i tried to withdraw my profit from this broker they kept saying processing for complete 2days i had to cancelled the withdrawal and blow the account, wasted my effort and my hard earned money.exness is the best broker forget amateur broker

Kwakol as refused to release my funds. My experience trading with kwakol is indeed a waste of time, after countless of sleepless night, my profit wasnt paid and they ain't responding to my complains. 7good weeks of clearing my balance without payment.
Every trader must run from Kwakol to avoid story that touches.

I regret the I signed up with this bad luck called kwakol broker.I worked so hard to make profit and they refuse to pay me my profit and flagged my trading account. If you are a trader please don’t go near signing up with the kwakolbroker. Haven’t received my withdrawal since 26th of June.

I wrote a review in May that I had been trying to verify my account to no avail. However Trust pilot removed my review because I was requested to attach proof and I couldn't attach it within the stipulated time due to other commitments, I tried verifying the documents again today and still failed. Find screenshots attached. I will be waiting for the response to attach proof. Thank you
