I'll definitely buy again.

I had an amazing experience buying with them. I was in need of waterproof boots with a good design and they were the best I could have bought. They are comfortable and cool. If you pay attention to the size chart numbers, you won't go wrong.

Their service was quite friendly and quick. I will definitely buy with them again.

this company drop ships their stock so…

this company drop ships their stock so it will take about 2 weeks to arrive and will most likely be too small - i got a large coat and it wouldnt have fitted on a child. The customer service are rude and if you want to return you will have to pay for postage and they will charge you £10. Avoid this company

Fantastic shop! 🥰

Fantastic shop! really like the website i found via FB. i love my bubble penguin soap dispenser and my avocado plush! also me and my partner's shoes/trainers fit perfect and they're our daily wear! yes items come from china took around 7 days, but we wasn't in a rush, top customer service and the prices are excellent anyway. defiantly would recommend

Very satisfied customer.

Very pleased with the items that I purchased from Kwality UK. They have been the correct size and fit. I was also surprised by the quality of the items as they are much better than they appeared in the photos on the website. I will definitely consider purchasing from Kwality clothing in the future. Found the site via a Google add I was new to it so looked over all the pages read it had stock in Asia was not in a rush for item and they looked cool so waited 12 days and I got the Shoes better than I could find in UK and cheaper so fine for me

Terrible buying experience

Online Chinese based company (although that wasnt clear on ordering) selling clothes on a UK website. I ordered a garment from them online which was listed as Cashmere. A few days later, I noted that the same identical garment was listed on Amazon under a shell seller name. The material details on the Amazon one had obviously been edited to state it was 100% luxury acrylic! I tried several times to request from Kwality customer services to confirm the item was cashmere. Each time I got a generic response telling me my order was being processed and they evaded the question telling me, rather rudely I thought, to wait for it to be delivered to see if I was happy. Finally I asked again in no uncertain terms whether the garment I had ordered was cashmere. I got no response.

The item arrived today and is poor quality, much smaller than the images suggested, and of course 100% Acrylic.

I don’t know if Trading Standards covers online Chinese traders operating UK websites, I very much doubt it so I am resigned to writing a snotty email (below) and making my voice heard on TP. I wont be dealing with this company again that’s for sure.

Further to my earlier emails regarding this order I made, asking you to confirm this item was cashmere as advertised on your online store listing (see my screenshot below) as I subsequently found what looked like the same poncho on Amazon except it was acrylic. I note you failed to answer my question several times then rather dismissively told me to wait until it has been delivered to ‘see if I was happy’ . You ignored my last email, again requesting you confirm the material. The item has arrived and it is certainly NOT CASHMERE! In fact it is acrylic and also much poorer quality (and a lot smaller!) than your website suggests. So I am not happy! I am not prepared however to send this item back at my own expense (as your website informs me i must) but would like to state that I am very unhappy with your previous lack of communication and the fact you have sold me this item under misrepresentation. I will not purchase from you again. If I had bought exactly this same item off Amazon and it had been listed as ‘made from cashmere’, I would have been entitled to an immediate refund for the seller misleading the buyer.

I did not get a response from this email so wrote another saying until I had a satisfactory outcome, I would pursue my complaint with PayPal, continue to write bad reviews on social media and informed them I had written a negative review on TP. Within 24hrs I received a very rude sarcastic email but they did at least issue a refund (although no return label or return address so I’m guessing they won’t be expecting the item back).

Although this may have all sounded a bit heavy handed on my part, I take real issue with online retailers who do not describe their products accurately and fail to respond to customers in a polite or timely manner.

The item’s description on Kwality’s website has now had the ‘cashmere’ label removed and there is no reference to fabric material at all. At least nobody else will get taken in and I hope this served as a reminder that consumers will not tolerate being misled with online advertising of the sellers’ products.

Laughably Rude Company, Appalling Disregard For Environent

Should be a zero star rating but 1 will do.

Tracked shirt order from China to London to York (U.K.) and now in Washington DC, for a U.K. delivery. When I raised delivery time with customer service via email, I was given a laughably rude response about my delivery assumptions and called a snowflake (😂):

Ok So what you have basically admitted is that this is all down to your Assumptions and you have in fact not done your due diligence and read any information on the site - presumably as this would be far too much hard work so it better to just hit the "Dispense Button" and hope for a food pellet. -Then like a snowflake blame it on someone else when it goes wrong.

Where do you think 99.9% of all products come from? Where do you think your Phone, Tv, Tablet, Laptop, CPU in your Car come from - if I listed them all it would take days

Great new shop

I have purchased a pair of sandals, the denim dress and the striped short sleeved dress from Kwality.co.uk and I couldn’t praise them enough.

The sandals I wear daily and they are so comfy it’s unbelievable and the 2 dresses fit perfectly.
