Order flowers and they were not delivered. SCAM.

I ordered flowers for my mother scheduled to arrive one day BEFORE Polish Mother's day. After paying, I was told the company's couriers were unable to deliver it but they could outsource the floral delivery to be delivered the very next day (on actual Mother's day May 26). I agreed.
However, the flowers were not delivered for well over 48 hrs. They did not arrive on Mother's day. The company did not answer the phone call provided for contact. Eventually, my mom reached the flower company with difficulty and they were not helpful, saying that they would only speak to the person who placed the order. When I tried to cancel the order, they said the only way to cancel and get a refund is if my mom (upon the eventual arrival of the package) refused the package. Since couriers often leave packages at the doorstop, my mom had to sit at home and wait for two days for the courier to arrive so that she would refuse the package in person. The outsourced courier had NO idea the package was time sensitive or contained now-wilted flowers - he was not told this by the company. Eventually, the company agreed to reimburse us but the way they treated my mother is not acceptable.

Over 300 PLN dollars and the flowers died within 3 hours of delivery. The quality was awful.

I needed to send flowers for my mom’s 91st birthday. This webpage was easy to navigate and provided pictures of various bouquets of flowers. Final transaction was quick and easy.
This is the first time I’ve used this service and am anxious to see the final bouquet of roses I ordered.

I will never use this company again.

The flowers I ordered for a friend’s birthday were never delivered. After contacting customer service, I received contradictory explanations within minutes. First, they claimed that the GLS courier could not find the address. Fourteen minutes later, they stated that there was no one at the delivery address, which is clearly inconsistent.

Despite this confusion and the fact that the order was not delivered at all, Kwiatowa Przesyłka refused to refund my money, placing full blame on the courier company instead of taking responsibility for their service.

Very disappointing experience, poor communication, and no accountability. I would not recommend this company.

I have the best experiences with this company and they provide fast and reliable services. I am always receiving great responses in the event theres a varietal that is not currently in stock.

But now, reading all the negative comments, I’m worried about the quality of the flowers snd the service .
It would be devastating to find out that the bouquet was not up to the standard and didn’t match the picture on the website.
Oh boy, fingers crossed.

Recently ordered flowers for mother day and I was totally shocked when my sister showed me the bouquet. Its was nothing like seeing the picture on their website. The flowers were dying , instead of standing in vase they were lying down around the vase . Never been so ashamed to see what my mother had received on her special day . Contacted customer service as this is not what I paid for , waiting to hear from complaint team and will be asking for refund. This was my first and last time to buy from this company. Usually, I am using different one and was always happy , I can only blame myslef for not reading the reviews about this one before I placed my order !!!

I order flowers for Mother's Day and they were not delivered. The next day I was informed about it and asked if I want money back. Very disappointing failure.

Never ever think about that website‼️ The worst customer service and the worst experience. Don’t ever order from them

Completely something different from the pictures. A bouquet for 180zl and in it 7 flowers (not roses or any exquisite flowers) where one already dying.

Everything is very good. Happy to use this website.
